Thanks. Y'all are added to the list. I am working on trying to get some discounts to Biltmore House and other area attractions for the Friday excursions. Tell all of your friends about the rally and lets double the numbers. Will be a great time for the mountains in NC.

Steve,

Thanks for hosting. Please add Pattie and myself. We will arrive mid-day Friday and depart Sunday. Looking forward to meeting other Montana owners. Never been to a rally, however please let us know what we can do to help. Great location - beautiful area. You have Biltmore and Asheville to the southwest and a great Quilt Trail to the northwest near Burnsville.

Cheers Charlie

Steve,
If you want to have a movie night like we had the last couple of years, I would be glad to bring the projector, speakers, etc. When you put the schedule together, let me know. If you also want me to do the campsite maps like we had last year, I can do that as well. Of course that is in addition to chipping in with anything and everything you need. Oh, and by the way, you can disregard the interested part that we had in the original post, we will definitely be there and like last year, will be departing from the rally for a week's vacation at Myrtle. Is it August yet?????

Steve,
Please place Larry and Judy Carter on the interested list. This would be our first rally. Is there a registration fee or other costs associated? Can we arrive early?

Thanks,
LCarter

Thanks Bingo, a movie night sounds great. Larry, we haven't set the fee yet but it should be minimal (just to help cover the costs of plates, cups and such). I believe that we also send 1/2 of it to the MOC as a donation. I just got confirmation and contract from the rally center. We have the sites reserved from Wednesday til Sunday. I will have to check to see if we can show up any ealier. We will collect all of the fees (camp site and registration) when you get there. You don't have to pay the park, we will collect it from each camper and pay the park at one time. I did notice that the contract called for 30 amp service, water and sewage for $24.00 per night. I'll check on that also (50 amp). Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Dennis,
I think Rich can handle it, it is the bird that he is worried about. If the bird gets uncomfortable, Helen gets uncomfortable. If Momma is not happy, then nobody is happy!! We definitely want Rich to be happy, right??

I feel sure they have 50 amp. They just haven't got back with me yet. I am working on it. I also got information from Biltmore House with a group rate of $44 per ticket. I will be posting that info soon.

88.00 for us to tour a house..... Not a chance..

The web site says buy 7 days in advance and save 15.00 per ticket. That makes it 29.00 per ticket. They also have group rates???
It had better be a good discount..

Rich, if you have AAA contact the Asheville AAA office and inquire as to their price for Biltmore tickets. You can also get your own recorder at the Biltmore for a fee that will give you your own audio tour...room to room.
