Banana Nut Bread

-BANANA NUT BREAD-

Cream together the following:
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Butter or Margerine (melted)
1 Oz. Milk
2/3 Cup Sugar

Sift together:
1 1/3 Cups Flour
1 ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Salt

Next:
Mash 2 medium bananas (very ripe)
½ Cup Pecans, chopped

Add dry mixture to egg & butter mixture. Mix well. Add the mashed bananas to the mix. Mix well. Add nuts. Spray bread loaf pans with Pam. Do not flour. I also use decorative bread pans the same way. Bake at 350 degrees until done. My oven seems to run hotter than most so it only takes about 20-22 minutes, but test yours with a toothpick. I also double this to make 2 loaves. It freezes very well when wrapped in foil and then placed in a Ziplock Freezer bag.
