MiFi
We got on MiFi today through Verizon, they all have it. I think it is going to work fine. Had to have them set up the computers, mine is newer and on Vista, Don's is older on XP and he uses a wifi card.
It is very secure, we have a password and no one else can use it unless they are programmed in to it. This will replace the Broadband (Air card. Now we can both be on the internet at the same time. 5 GB's a month, we never used them all before. You can put up to 5 computers on. The card is completely wireless, uses a battery, but if you want to charge the battery, just plug it in and use it that way. The speed is much faster than the wifi we are on at Adventureland Park. We can also suspend the card 2 consecutive times for 3 months at a time during the summer months when the local wifi is cheaper. The cost of the mifi is $60.00 a month. Purchase for $100.00 with a $50.00 rebate, that is because we upgraded, so I don't know what it costs without the upgrade.
