Honey Walnut Drop
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
2/3 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cup presifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream sugar,honey,shortening and eggs. Add soda to flour. Add alternately with the sour cream to the creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts, coconut and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased baking sheet. Top each cookie witha a walnut half or cherry(optional). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 7-8 dozen cookies.
