Hotdog/Bean & Tater Tot Casserole
Cheap, easy and fast... kids love it.
Hot Dog/Bean & Tater Casserole
2 cans (15 oz) pork & beans or your favorite baked beans.
5-6 hotdogs, cut into 3/4" slices
1/2 package frozen Tater Tots
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Place oven rack in top quarter of oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a 2 quart baking dish, stir together beans & hot dogs.
Top with a single layer of Tater Tots.
Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden & cooked through.
If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
