Hi,

We are new owners and members of MOC. Noticed there were no postings in the Virginia MOC Region. Is it an active region. Saw the picture of the 2005 Walnut Hills Virginia Regional Rally. Are there any plans for any future rallies in Virginia? We just bought a new Montana 3475 in March.

Welcome Kenny to the MOC Family.

We had a great time at Walnut Hills and I for one would like to see another rally in the hills of Virginia. But as of right now no one has taken the reigns as Wagonmaster to get another Virginia rally started.
There are no qualifications nor do you have to be a long time member of the MOC to assume the role of Wagonmaster. So if you are so inclined you could start one on your own and I am sure other area members would jump in to help you out.

Welcome Kenny and congratulations on the 3475. We are from Virginia and also own a 3475. We missed the Walnut Hills rally but have been there a few times. I haven't seen any new listings for rallys hereso far. Were involved with Good Sam here in Va and go to their Samborees and chapter campouts. There will be a Samboree in Harrisonburg in October and you will see a lot of Montanas there. Since were both retired, we go to Florida for a few months each winter and the Montana gets a lot of use. This is our second
Montana and we enjoy them very much. ....Ken

Hey Ken, do you have plans on going to the Delaware Samboree? It's held at the state fair grounds about 4 miles from our house. I was thinking if you were, we might get to meet you. I might even commit to staying there.

Thanks for the reply about the Virginia Rally. I'm currently vice president of a Good Sam Chapter, so at this time I can't take on the extra responsibility. Would like to get together with some local members of the MOC sometime though.
