NEW..Omelet In A Bag Bkfst

We have been advised that the "Rally" will provide the following for the O.I.B Bkfst.

Eggs/Egg Beaters, Freezer Bags,Skewers,Clothespins,Plates,Napkins, Silverware.

We also have 3 maybe 4 Cookers committed. As of this date there are 24 Units attending.

That means we need to come up with the "ingredients" Such as...Cheeses,Ham,Onion,green pepper,Tomato, hash browns, salsa, mushrooms and anything else that one might stuff into a Omelet?????
Please add your contribution to this post and I will update daily.

Since we have 24 units at this time that means we could have 48 or more hungry campers at the bkfst. That could be a lot of Sausage or Tomato's so it is Ok for folks to add to the listed items as well as the others..

This is what we have and what we would like to have

Bill& Lisa Bell Peppers, Chopped
Gunner/ Steves, Sausage and Gunner bannana nut bread..goooood. Daniels..bacon/Raison Bread
Rich & Helen Chopped Tomato's
Thtb..Cheese and Salsa
Ken& Cyndie.. Shredded Cheddar & sliced Mushrooms
H.John Kohl..Chopped Onions
Art& Paula.. Bacon bits
Bullroc3..Shredded cheese,pumpkin bread,cinnamin strutzel bread(wow)

Muffins , rolls or bread
Chopped ham

The OIB will be done Buffet style. The ingredients will be on a table and we will assemble our OIB to our liking. Feel free to add to the list. There will be at least 50 folks so we will need more of everything.

Please change that we are bringing bacon bits to diced ham pieces. Thought they would work as well, my bacon bits where missing in action at Sam's today! No time to go back. Thanks!
