EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Easy Peanut butter Cookies

1 Cup peanut butter

1 Cup Sugar

1 Egg-- beaten

Beat egg in bowl add sugar and peanut butter, Mix. I use 1 teaspoon of cookie dough rolled into ball. Mash down with fork just to put mark's on the top.. You can also put Chocolate Chips inside of the dough.
Bake for 11 or 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on Wax paper.

Kids and Hubbys love these I have to make them all the time. Walt will say ' It's about cookie time' LOL

I have made these - They are SOOOOOOOO good.
Don't keep as well as regular peanut butter cookies though.
