with your payment so we can apply it to your registration properly
The fees are as noted below:
Rally/Site Fees: $75.00 - Rally Fee (includes up to 2 people per rig, this also includes PayPal fees) Members who have more than 2 people in their Montanas will need to increase their rally fee by $30.00 per person. $150.00 - Camp Site Fee (9/21 - 9/28)for a total of $225.00 for one Montana and 2 people. If you plan on attending with only one person in your Montana, the fee will remain the same as for 2 people.
The MOC does NOT handle early arrivals, that is the responsibility of the attendees to make their own arrangements with the Fairgrounds. You should also note that if you arrive early you most likely will have to move to your assigned site once the rally begins.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS OR POST TO SEE IF YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. IT COULD TAKE OVER A WEEK FOR YOUR PAYMENT TO CLEAR, REVIEWED BY ADMINISTRATORS AND TO BE POSTED.
To check on your PAID status see the Registration List, it will reflect your status in RED after your name.
