Recliner failure

We have just had a recliner failure in our 2006 Montana 3400RL. A couple BB sized balls fell to the floor and what appears to be metal ball bearing retainers dropped to the floor too. The chair now won't tilt backward but will swivel and also has a pronounced tilt to the left. My back situation won't allow me to work on it right now but maybe this type failure isn't new and another Montana owner has experienced this failure. The two small balls that fell out are about the size of BB's. They are too small to be the balls that are used to allow the chair to swivel. Anyone else had this particular failure?
