Storage Compartment Leak
Been struggling with this for quite a while. On my 346LBQ, the double door side on the front storage compartment leaks anytime it rains. I thought was due to being un-level while in storage but now level and still leaks. I have replaced the seals around the door and added more weather stripping but still leaks. I have tried lifting the doors when closing as they go up and down on the hinge and that seemed to help but towels are still wet after a rain. For a 2011 unit I hate to be fighting this issue so soon. Any ideas? I'm open to all!!

You may have to have someone inside the compartment while you soak the trailer down with water so they can see where the water is entering. It may not be the compartment door that is the culprit.

That's also what I would suggest and frankly what the factory would do in their rain room.

Water may be coming from utility room. Behind white wall.

Not sure, but it appears there may be a washer/dryer prepped area over the front compartment on that model. Could the water be leaking from the plumbing in that area? We have had leaks from behind the convenience center due to loose fittings, that just needed tightening.

The washer dryer hookups are on the other side so not related. It only happens while raining so I plan on doing the soak the trailer trick next trip in 2 weeks. Was just hoping for other ideas to try at the same time. Thanks for the replies so far. Please keep the ideas Coming!!

You most likely just need to adjust/bend the tabs on the door locks so the doors are pulled tighter into the seals. Same thing happened to mine, and that cured the leak.
To check first, push lightly on the doors when they are closed to see if they close some more.

Overlord, (Just love saying that!)
I already did that which I think may have caused part of the problem as well. I may have gotten over zealous and got them too tight. May try readjusting them again though. When I say I feel like I have tried everything , I mean it! Keep the ideas flowing. I'm sure there is something out there I hadn't tried. Thanks so much to all of you!

Is the door pannel itself leaking? What I mean is, could the water be getting into a crack or hole in the pannel and the run through the inside and out at another crack or hole? Any indication that the door pannel has water in it? could the trim around the door pannel be leaking. How does the sealant look around the trim? I'm really thinking that you have a leak somewhere else and it's running down inside the outer skin and just dripping inside the storage area. Had a freind with a similar issue a few weeks ago but for him the water was running out from the pin box area.

All looks well around the trim. I re-caulked all the areas and the doors where I thought maybe there were cracks. Looks like I am down to the rain test. Will have her out in 2 weeks and take a look then and report back. Thanks for all the ideas. Much appreciated!
