Caulk tool

Is there any kind of tool that is shaped to get in the corners to remove the old caulk before applying new.

No special tool I know of. I have used small screwdrivers, razor and putty knives, a steel hooked darning needle, and wood chisels on occasion. Worst part of the recaulking job!

Ditto, Lowes in the paint dept next to caulk. They work, not magic, but helps.

Try using a "church key". You know the kind you used to use to open a beer.

You could try a plastic putty knife. They have them in the paint dept.

Yes there is a plastic v shaped tool for caulking. I usually use just my wet finger. Trick is to not put too much caulking on before smoothing it out.
