No we did not

Purchase a new 3402 at the rally. We Will purchase one in the spring when we get back from Florida. Aram would have had us hook up the model that was on display in the prototype area but there was not enough time to do anything before we leave.

The dual sink and vanity, level up system, 4 door fridge and dropped frame did the trick. We had no thoughts of leaving this 06 3400 as it has served us well and is greatly enhanced. We are not happy about leaving the Mor Ryde IS system.

Will attempt to sell this 3400 out right as it would be a great Rv. All the bugs worked out and as I said..greatly enhanced.

We will purchase from our dealer in Clyde ,Ohio on our return and should have the details worked out by then. My guess is there will be changes to the 3402 by then also.

Congratulations to the prospective new owners!! I am impressed that you would go to such extremes for a new bird house!!! Those rallies can be expensive (spoken from experience - and we have never attended a National Rally - yet!!)

We too like the 3402 floor plan. Our rig has been a good one and the 3400 floor plan from door back really suits our choice. The new front area is great. Lead the way Rich!

So, you are also springing for a bigger bird cage as well??? Impressive, Rich!! Hee Hee! On a serious note, I am still trying to figure out if the new rigs are indeed longer?? When we measured our 3400 (Keystone has the length at 38'4" for a 2007), it was around 38 feet from the front of the rig itself to the back. The 3750 is professed by Keystone to be 39 feet or so, to get the 39 feet, I had to measure from the back to the front of the pinbox?? Both rigs appeared to be about the same length?? Is it a marketing ploy or are these rigs actually longer? Inquiring minds want to know!!

Rich - can't get any better than Clyde, that's where we picked up our (new to us) 08 3400 this past Spring.....bought it through Bill. We'll definitely be going back to them down the road!

In the old days when we sold them the specification measurement meant the box measurement.Example we had a terry 29R.the box measured 29 feet but the part we had to fit into a parking spot was 32 feet 6 inches..Our 06 3400 spec was 37.3 inches but the actual length was 39 feet 6 inches. The Stated spec on the 3402 is 39 feet 1 inch.It will be interesting to see what the actual length is. The 3402 is longer in the front due to the addition of the sink and vanity in the John area. the bedroom slide is also deeper. They said it was 6 inches longer in the bedroom but I do not think that is accurate as there is a lot more than 6 inches room in the John area. Helen could find no difference in the other bedroom measurements with her trusty tape measure. We will do more measuring at the Tampa Rv show.

At close to 13k out the door, looks like a new F-350 dually is on you short list.

Don't let Helen know as that is great justification for a new truck

Aram let Town and Country know that the discount is good whenever we use it.

Rich I was curious to see if you had taken a look at the Redwood line ? I know that you have been a happy Montana owner ,and that Keystone continues to improve ( my wife still loves the 3665 which has been discontinued) as for myself I have not had a chance to look at the Redwood yet, hopefuly we will get a chance at the upcoming show at Pomona.

I doubt that you could go wrong with a new Montana , like I said I was just curious. I wish you well whatever you choose ...Scott

We are familiar with the redwood as we toured one at our local RV show last Month. We do not see much difference between the redwood and Montana but we can get a much better price on a comparable Montana

Rich, your decision to wait is probably a good one. Ann's Brother just bought a 2012 3402 at the Hershey RV show. He and his DW love it, but it still doesn't have the wall hugger recliners and so far they haven't found the Sub-Wolfer for the Stereo and they didn't get good tires, still has the Marathons. We looked at the Redwood at the Tiara dinner, liked what we saw, but asked the salesman about pricing, will be 10 to 20K more than a Montana. Not sure if I could find enough to make it worth the extra cost, plus the std tires are still Marathons, with G614s as an option. Best wishes when you finally take the plunge. See you around Fla soon.

"so far they haven't found the Sub-Wolfer for the Stereo"

On my unit it's taking up space inside the cabinet below the desk, bolted in, came that way. Guess the bass sounds just come thru the woodwork?

the 3402's now rolling off the line have the new furniture. The last day for the other stuff was while we were at the rally. They opened one up out on the holding lot for us and it did have the new stuff in it. There may be other changes in the next few Months. we will check them out again at the Tampa show. We will NOT purchase a new Montana with the Marathon tires on it.....Period.. G614's or no sale.
