battery charging on Ford

I read the post on Chevy battery charging and got to wondering if the Ford needs to have a fuse installed too???

I don't know where to check so hoping for the usual good advise.

It's possible you might find an answer on www.dieselstop.com if you can't find it here.

Your Ford already has the fuses. They are located under that dash, not under the hood.

Thanks. That is the easy way rather than having to go out with my voltmeter. Thanks all.

Bob,

Your 97 most likely has the fuse under the hood like my 2001 did. You may even have to add one if it doesn't have one already.
