Took Delivery, found very few problems 2016 375FL
Although we did a good PDI we found a few minor problems after we got it home. The worst being the ice maker wasn't working. Brought it back and they found a valve behind the fridge that wasn't turned on. In the process now of trying it out. The other items were addressed and corrected. Overall, we found very few problems. This is our 6th new 5th wheel and our first Montana High Country. Getting ready for a shakedown trip with Grandkids at the end of the month to Wisc Dells. Overall more than pleased with the workmanship.

Congratulations on your new rig! May it bring you many years of wonderful memories. The factory ships the icemakers turned off for several reasons. What's hard to understand is why the dealers don't know that.

Congrats on the new rig and yes PDI's are a very important part of the ownership process. Glad you had a good PDI and I think most everyone will find a few more items that need to be fixed once they use their unit for a bit.

I just took delivery of a 2016 375fl and found the main AC was not cooling properly and was only 13,500btu instead of the advertised 15,000 btu. I also found the condensate of the bedroom AC running to the back of the roof and getting under the caulking and flowing down inside the back wall left and right screw moldings. Did you notice there is no insulation on the fridge water line and it will freeze well before the outside temperature gets to the advertised "tested at 0 degrees"

Yes I did notice the water line another fine piece of engineering. I did check the roof during my PDI and the left corner caulking didn't look right. Had them redo it so far no leak. How do you tell the size of the AC?

The front ac has a id sticker under the return air grille. Mine said 13,500 on the sticker. I would not have noticed if it was working correctly it would not cool to 75 degrees when it was 82 outdoors.
If you have the model numbers you can look them up on the dometic site http://www.dometic.com/QBankFiles3/E...alog_32016.pdf

How did your new 375FL work out. Mine has been in the dealer the last 4 weeks for the AC and rear cap roof leak issues. They now refuse to fix the AC unit at General RV so I have spent all day on the phone trying to get Keystone and another warranty repair shop to look at it. General RV admitted my roof issue was poor design so all they did was pile a mountain of caulk over the screw covers. Not much of a fix as it will crack out eventually.

So far I have only had minor issues. Everything works no problem and no leaks. I am making a modification adding a slide out drawer under the stove. Drawer is in but waiting for drawer front. Will be posting with Pics when that is done. Hope you get your issues worked out.
