Greetings, Just wanted to throw this out there for other owners input. I am retired and have a hobby of making flower boxes that fit on the extended pinbox of our Montanas. The original flower box I made is made of cedar. I have had people stop by my site and compliment me on it. Some have said I should sell them. It's a lot of work to make these and quite expensive for the material. I use solid commercial grade vinyl, stainless steel or brass screws. I asked my wife how much I could get for them and she said around $40.
. I have about $45 in material! I would have to get around $100
to make it worth my while. Have not sold any yet but really do like to make them. Also, not intending to start a business, just want to build boxes to make it worth my time. Any comments would be appreciated.
