Mor Ryde Customer service

We recently had two holding tanks replaced because of leaking.

Our dealer had to remove the rear IS system because the cross beam was right over the Galley tank and the tank could not be removed. It cost me 8 hours of labor at 90.00 per hour.

I requested relief from the labor VIA Gary Wheeler who many of us have known for years as he is at every MOC Rally as well as rallies and shows across the country.

Mor Ryde is well known for their excellent and caring customer relations and they did cover the cost of the labor. Thank you Gary Wheeler and Mor Ryde.

No question, that's one of the companies that it's still a pleasure to do business with.

Gary Wheeler is a great ambassador for Mor/Ryde as are the folks that have worked on our rigs there over the past years. The techs have also been terrific in the service and products we have purchased from Mor/Ryde. Agree Rich.

Mor/ryde customer service is good. I was looking for a TV mount for the swing arm under the storage place. I couldn't find a brand name on the one I had on a smaller TV. I used it on a larger TV and wanted the smaller one for outside. I call Keystone and ask what brand is it. They have no idea. So while looking at items from Mor/Ryde in which people on the forum spoke about. The part I am looking at is on the web. Austin was helpful and shipped me the part.

I have seen Gary at the Minneapolis RV show every February for the last ten years, he is a stand up guy.

Rich, This is good news and am glad to learn of your repairs being completed. Hopefully we will not need to ever deal with same situation as we are scheduled to have IS & Disc Brakes installed during the upcoming Fall Rally.

Garry.. Make sure they look at the underside of your rig and know were the tanks are and that they are clear. They are aware of the issue I had and it may have been particular to my installation only but make sure. I have about 4 inches of clearance between the cross member and the underbelly that is right over our galley tank. Steve and Virginia Young have 14 inches clearance on their OEM system on their 15 382 Big Sky.

Sounds like we could use more companies like Mor Ryde. I just wish Keystone was as customer orientated. My wife got a reply from a lady at Keystone customer relations something like this. Those problems are something you will have to live with. That is just life. She could of at least said thanks for your money sucker. Reminds me of dealing with ATT.
I am sure that most of us are willing to spend money on a product that is of high quality. It just seems like they want top dollar for sub par quality merchandise.
It is interesting that the problem with the suspension was only an issue because of the OEM tanks installed in your unit. If they never leaked you would never had an issue with your Mor Ryde aftermarket suspension.

Mor/Ryde, Fantastic Fan, Progressive Industries, TST, all excellent customer service. Seems the big kahuna, Keystone, is the problem. Every time I've had a need to call Keystone (luckily not many), I've gotten the brush off; dealer item, call Tiara....never anything they handle.
