Keystone quality

After 4 years using it, the bedroom slide was not coming out at the top until the bottom was out about 18 inches. Then I had to push the top from inside to get it to go.
Took into service tech to check out. He found the slide rod which goes inside the large square box track was only WIRED TOGETHER and never screwed/bolted to the floor. As the slide pulled out the small rod would not operate properly. No sign of being properly installed at anytime.
Only takes time but KEYSTONE quality seems to always come to question.
I did nit take this to a Keystone authorized dealer/service center but to a private RV Tech service. He did the job in two days....Keystone service would still have had it three weeks and never looked at it yet. I use my trailer - not store it!

It was good that you found a RV tech to correct that minimal problem

Joe, glad to hear that you found a fix for your situation. It's sounds like a major problem to me and most people would have complained a lot louder. I am with you in finding a good service guy to take care of your in a timely manner.. I want to spend my time camping and not have to drive by the repair yard to see my trailer... Hope you are trouble free in the future..
