Decals/Graphics - wrong color

Not sure what to do. My dealer was doing some warranty repair and scratched the right rear lower side of panel...actually the decal/graphic. He agreed to order a new one and apply it. Went to pick it up last Tuesday and was doing the walk around (they did other repairs) and when we got to the new graphic it was a totally different color...a greenish hue instead of gray. I told them it was unacceptable. They agreed. They called back yesterday and said the supplier for the graphics is now making them via a laser process vs. a silk screen process (or vice versa) and that was the best they could do. Anybody know of other dealers that might carry some graphics/decals in stock that I could check with and that might possibly have the older ones? Thanks for your help.

First of all we need to know what you have for a Montana model and what year it is. I don't know who your dealer is using for his graphics but I would guess he is using someone local OR not the company that Keystone uses. All he would have to do is contact Keystone and they can send him the correct graphics for your unit. You were correct by not accepting the graphics they put on to replace THEIR mistake and/or accident. They may have you/dealer take photos of the graphics needed so they can match which graphics sections they will need to send you.

We have a 2014 3750FL...the beige color with gray graphics. Our dealer is Camping World and they ordered the graphics from Keystone.

Sounds to me like the dealer is in a tough spot. Perhaps they should have to replace all the graphics to make sure they match. Run that by them and I am sure they will get it resolved quickly.

You'll be hard pressed to find any dealer that stocks graphics. It's expensive for them to do so and getting right down to it ... decals have a shelf life just like batteries.

It's their error. I would tell them to find a match or schedule it for a complete custom paint job.
