I have had several boats in the past with a Sealand marine toilet onboard. Yoy should be able to do a search on the internet and find a rebuild kit. It seems to me I had to replace a base flange a couple of times because it was plastic.

I just Googled Sealand and a bunch of websites came up with parts available.

We had the same problem with our Sealand 210. This is the solution. There are several listed on EBay also. I'm thinking I got ours from there. Just be sure it will fit your model.

David the one Will showed is the rite one and it is easy to get off just pop off the round cover and you will see it. remove the 2 screws and the water hoses and replace it. it could have trash in it just something to ck.

Just use some vaseline on the seal and it will start resealing . Put on rubber gloves and put it on the bottom and the top of the seal...sailer
