Ozz, that gal of yours is so special...

Just to let people know why the fuses may burn out with the landing gear: when you run a motor in one direction and then reverse polarity without letting the motor come to a full stop (i.e. reversing it), the amperage draw nearly doubles.

Ozz and I both have the Zaxis landing gear add-on with the remote control. It is easy to reverse the motor by hitting the up or down button. It happened to me, once, and now I let the motor come to a complete stop before reversing direction.
