Magic Chef Piezo Ignitor Montana 3295RK

We have a Montana 3295RK with the Magic Chef range. Apparantly, the Piezo ignitor has "bit the dust". The owner's manual has no reference to a replacement ignitor or how to install. Can anyone out there provide any information on the part and/or replacement of it.

Thanks a lot for your help,

Jacob Schmill

Jacob, you might check the gap on it and see if it is grounded. other than that, look for a model and serial number, and try Googleing it.

The link below MIGHT be the part you need, but be sure to check further. I have ordered other parts from this company.

Hope this helps.

Is it the ignitor itself or simply the knob? The knob on my stove fell apart inside and wouldn't work the "sparker". A local RV dealer stocked the knob. Old one slides off ... new one slides on.

Jacob,

Magic Chef is Maytag. If you go through Maytag and use the oven model number the parts schematic and info should pop up.
