Heater/AC

Has anyone had trouble with the receive unit on the remote controlled heater/AC? I know my remote is sending the signal, but it seems like the receiver isn't getting it. I seems to be on cold mornings when it doesn't work. I checked the fuse, but it's good. Any thoughts?

Call Team Montana and or Dometic and get the useless remote setup replaced with a Dometic Comfort Control Center ... you'll be several bottles of Advil ahead. The CCC is a direct replacement, but with a manual digital thermostat that goes where the old receiver was. Check for a LENGTHY discussion on the remote thermostat in general on the MOC.
