THANK YOU!

I just want to say THANK YOU to all of the wonderful administrators and moderators who run the MOC forum and to whoever had the idea in the first place! We have learned so much from this group and it has been an invaluable resource to us! We appreciate all of the advice, so respectfully given, from all of the members!

We just made a small donation to the site as a way of saying thank you and hope that the site continues for many years to come! We are also looking at purchasing some MOC Merchandise so we can brand ourselves - matching jumpsuits anyone?!

I don't know who all of the mystery people are out there that keep this forum up and running but your efforts are TRULY APPRECIATED!

This has been a great forum for the past 5 years we’ve been on it. The people who run it are still a mystery to us but I like how it’s run for the most part. It is probably one of the few forums that don’t have any back-biting going on and I hope it stays that way!

It is a great forum, a vast living, breathing encyclopedia of information, and best of all, a place to meet people with a common interest that many times develop into lasting friendships. We have been blessed to meet many of our MOC acquaintances (DW calls them my "forum buddies!"), consider then as friends, and encourage others to attend any rallies they can to experience this part of the MOC that is an added bonus. However, if you start asking about such matters as the "secret" handshake and other mysterious goings on behind the scenes, be prepared for a riotous situation to ensue!! Oh, and thanks for the reminder about donations, we try to contribute every year, and that time of year is approaching, and besides, the donation is a bargain for the amount of knowledge that is obtained from experienced MOCers!!

I just made a trip to Wyoming. Before I started I changed the tires in my Monty thanks to this club.

x2 on the changing the tires thanks to this club but minus the trip to Wyoming! I have had the confidence to do and try a lot of things with this trailer because of this group! So supportive of newbies!!!

Carol, we were all there once, but for many of us there was no internet to have such forums as this so we had to learn the hard way, the School of Hard Knocks and Trial and Error. But many of us worked our way up, Tent, Pop-up, small TT or two before finally moving up to a 5th Wheel, so we learned as we went along.

We were members of this forum for 1-1/2 years before we bought our Montana....we're going on 6+ years now as members. We just stumbled upon it while doing purchasing research. The main reason we bought our Montana was because of the invaluable helpful information we found here.

Through the years, I can't tell you how many times we've searched or posted for the answers to a problem, and found those answers on this forum.

The support from friends and neighbors has always been the best. The number one reason to belong though is because the MOC is a family, and we will always be within sight of our MOC family.

Not knowing who runs the forum is a plus for all concerned; this allows the administrators/moderators to anonymously keep the forum under control without the criticism from those who have their own ideas about how it should be run, or those who might forget they are using this service for free as a guest or member.

The administrators/moderators thankfully keep this forum under control. Their thankless chore is not an easy one, we know several of them who continually work very long hours to keep the high quality for everyone.

Whoa.. thanks for reminding me to donate. It's been a while, but I'll have to wait for payday.

You can meet many of the members by going to many of the Rallies, Circles and just plain reading where people go and finding them.

I was not as smart as simonsrf and didn't find this forum until AFTER I had my rig for a couple of years. Then I learned about all the problems I had, had already been experienced by someone here and not only ways to improve things but prevent others I could have had and make many mods that help me enjoy my rig a whole lot more.

You'll find that while the administrators and moderators help keep the forum usable, it's the members (admins and moderators are real members too) that are the real heroes in sharing what's real important about our rigs and it's not just Montanas that have been helped. Thanks to the Membership, too.
