Telephone connection

Telephone line ?
I have a 2010 Montana 3615 RE, and looking for a phone connection. Do any of you have a connection in your Montana? and if you do where is it?
I am in a park that furnish's a free phone line, most of the RV's here all have them, and say they are in place's you wouldn't expect, but I cannot find one. No Montana's here that I have spoken to.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike, You should have a phone connection on the outside and one inside but it is marked data port. If you have a computer desk, the one inside should be near that.
Look around and it may be inside a cover like a recept. cover.

I agree. You should have one. It has a small plastic cover over it, much bigger than the socket it covers.

Our 2004 Mountaineer 325FKBS came with a phone jack but have not located one on our 2010 Montana 3455SA. I think they may longer put them on the rigs given the wide use of cell phones.

My 2000 and 2005 Montanas had phone jacks ... my 2011 doesn't. I'd imagine cell phone popularity and air cards for you laptops led to this "cost savings". My 2000 even came with a phone that hung on the wall.

Nothing in my 2010 2955RL either. We don't even have a Land-Line at the stick house. Cell phones and Wireless BroadBand, works at home and on the road.

Mike, Just because you don't have a prewired jack doesn't mean you can't take advantage of the free phone service offered by the park. A phone cord is very small and can be slipped through the rubber wiper seals on the slides. 50 foot modular cord is pretty cheap at Radio Shack. Jim
