Just noticed a few weeks ago, we also have a stress crack beneath the front of our LR slide on the door side. Right now it is only about 3" long and is covered when the slide is closed. I have an appt April 5th to drop off at dealer for warranty work. Also need alignment as RR tire is worn out on the inside edge and the others are still very good. I am hoping they don't need to send it back to Elkhart to get it fixed, but I do want it fixed right. I contacted Keystone and they have already started the warranty process knowing that Covid has made getting it in a longer process than normal. Here's a pic of ours. It looks like a stress crack originating at the corner screw of the slide out trim.

I have also noticed that the plastic trim running under the edge of the hitch area is now shrinking and pulling out of the track. Hard to describe, but in the picture you can see what I'm talking about. I was afraid the front hitch area had broke loose when I first saw this, but I put a framing square on the corner and it looks square still, so maybe it's just the plastic shrinking and not frame flex?

That looks like the trim shrinking and it can easily be replaced with a better quality material. If you see separation between the fiberglass and the metal, that would be concerning.

That's what I was thinking too. I have seen some rubber material like that for boats, but I'm not sure what it's called so not sure how to search for it.

Try rv insert trim. Etrailer has it but is pretty common to find. It comes in various sizes and material. I do remember there is a thin one and then a good quality insert. I unknowingly got the cheap stuff once and it looked really bad.

When you install the new stuff make sure you keep the length as long as possible cramming it in there. That way when it shrinks up it won't pop loose

Same issue and crack location and length on my 2020 3780RL after 2000 miles. Just dropped the trailer off at the dealer for repair. Service manager told me it was not uncommon.

Waited 2 months for an appointment and just under 3 months at my dealer to repair right front cab stress crack adjacent to the slide out on my 2020 3780RL. So drove this am 250 miles to the dealer in Pismo Beach and will shortly pick it up. Montana had the dealer replace the left side as well.
Montana had the dealer make repair fix to both sides of the cab so it does not happen again. The service manager told me the front and 2 sides were removed. Wood bracing installed then metal bracing welded in. Then front cab and both sides installed. All under warranty (3 year structural).
This was the first for 3 fifth wheel trailers over 17 years.

They will likely slow walk this until your warranty is expired. I hope not, and I hope you don't let them.
Personally, if it wasn't paid for I would take it back and stop paying my payments until it was resolved.

I'm not sure anyone would want to tank their credit rating for an RV. Keystone isn't the bank.

I doubt it would come to that if they found it in front of the dealership. They'd fix it.

This is structural repair covered under the 3 year structural warranty. I went through my dealer who got ahold of Keystone who then came up with the repair plan and provided materials per post #50. No cost to me. Very happy with Sky Sky River RV in Pismo Beach, CA who did the repair in their shop.
