Bad Dealership Woes

Our engine light came on our diesel truck while in Stone Mountain Georgia. Took it to Gwinnett Chrysler, after two sorry mechanics kept resetting our computer and the last one cleaned the battery terminal said it was low voltage. Five hours later my husband left totally disgusted but not willing to let them continue to work on it. Paid them $236.00. Engine light was off but had a suspicion that our worries were not over. Sure enough we left for Chattanooga, TN only 1 1/2 hours on the road engine light was back on. Took it to Chattanooga Chrysler and in 40 min. they told us we had gas in fuel line. Bad fuel from Walmart at Stone Mountain. Never get diesel from Stone Mountain Walmart nor never take your truck to Gwinnett Chrysler. They refuse to give us a refund for their shotty workmanship. Kudo's to Crown Chrysler in Chattanoga, TN they got us fixed and truck is running great again. Terry & Claudia

Glad to hear you got it fixed.

Now, send a letter to Trailer Life's Action Line to try to get your money back.

Sorry about your trouble, but thanks for the info. We travel that area every now and then and now we know where not to do business. And X2 on Tom's suggestion on Trailer Life. Both the dealer and Walmart owe you some money.

Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
Contacting Chrysler headquarters can't hurt either.
