Refrig Door

We have a 2009 3000RK with a standard Norcold refrigerator. For about the past week or two, the door latches but doesn't seem to close tightly at the bottom. What is the fix? We tried taking part of the load out of the door shelves, but nothing changed. Any ideas?

We were not happy with the seal on our Norcold and I ran some window insulation rubber from HD on the top and bottom on the inside of the box, and it has been there for a year now working well.

It isn't really an issue of loss of cold. The door has always closed solidly. Then, within the past couple of weeks, the bottom half seems to not be tightly seated in the frame. Since last summer, when we travel over bumpy roads, the shelves in the refrigerator in our rear kitchen slip out of the slots and settle down on the items below. Could the shape of the interior be changing?
