Dish Tailgater Problem
Have any Dish Tailgater owners had any problems with their system not working in the last week or so? Seems like the software released for the 211 receiver that drives the Tailgater software version L552 does not work. Dish NW and King Controls in Minneapolis are aware of this and as of right now there is no work around. I had another 211 in the stick house with software L551 and the Tailgater works just fine. Hopefully they have stopped pushing out this bad software. I have been unplugging my receiver at night trying not to take the L552 update.

Ours works fine, i just bought it new and used it three times with no problems at all.

re-activiated our programming last week after a 6 month lay off and is working fine so far. I have no idea what software version our 211K is running, how can you tell?

Go to system info, check software version, if it is L551 you are good, if it says L552, not so good!
I am just sharing this info if your Tailgater is healthy more power to you, just don't take a L552 update!
