Got my letter from Keystone the other day. Now have to wait to see what CW is going to do. First they said they were going to replace the steps under the extended warranty, now the wait is on. They were suppose to replace them over 2 months ago but kept delaying it, guess I might just get the bolts now. We'll see what happens!

When ours broke wife was going down the stairs. It threw her to the ground. Luckily she wasn't hurt!
