Montana Sliding Windows Plastic Replacement

We have a 2009, 3400RL Montana Fifth Wheel. The window plastic slides/mounts/brackets that allow the windows to close easily has broken off on the bottom of one of our windows. A small black plastic/lucite broke off and now the window is no longer on it's track/slide and will not open. Does anyone know where we can get "replacement parts" for the side windows? We have searched without success for a couple of months and need help!

Rhoda, I have no idea but I think I'd try first by contacting Keystone Customer Service. They might be able to point you in the right direction or maybe have one they could send you. I don't have their number at hand but it should be found on www.keystonerv.com in the Montana section.

Also, if you have any paperwork telling you who manufactured the window and frame or if there's a sticker on the window with that info, you might try googling them and calling them.

The windows are probably Kinro. They are located in Bristol, Indiana. (I believe Lippert purchased them a year or so ago)
