where to camp?

well with luck i will have my new fifth wheel this week. seeing as i have a weeks vac ( planed for other reasons) thinking a shakedown camp .
hos the areas around lasson for long (42 feet) fifth-wheels, reservations?
if just me dry camp. but do want to test everything possable so hookups would be good.
but i am taking my mom. so hookups will be mandatory. she has very limiter mobilty, can walk but unstable.
my last rv was much shorter so i could park any place i wanted.

any choices worth it? this would only be 3-4 days max. just a test run.
from reading a couple web sites i can forget in most any nat, and most state parks. (length thing).
i do not belong to any clubs, so i am not limited to where i go.
no dogs at this time. no kiddles. both mom and i are over 55.

Jackson Rancheria RV park just up the road from you would be my choice (if you can get in).

that is nothing more than a paved parking lot.
heck even wally wourld has trees.
and the casino is anything but a attrection.
i do not gamble. and smoking is everywhere.. i need to breath.
yes i am that guy. i have lung problems so it is compounded. .
was hopping for up out of the heat a bit. " cleaner" air .
but for just a hot dry camp it would work.
my mom wants to go so i would need hook up$ for this trip.

Get a Woodall or Good Sam campground guide, has all kinds of campgrounds/facilities listed by city and state.
