Something's Burning

Several weeks ago when someone was discussing strange noices in the shower, I mentioned a strange burning smell when I was showering. (Steve gently directed me on the operation of the hot water faucet.) This had not happened when we first had the unit, and since it was summer then we had the hot water on propane. We had switched to electric when the weather got cold so as not to use up the propane. I was sure this was the problem and because we live in these volatile abodes always thinking something will go wrong, I was convinced. Yesterday morning it happened again. This is the week for Ed to be at our stick home in Southern Calif. so I am up here by myself and something always goes wrong when he is gone. I hurried to get out of the shower and in that rush did something different and still had hair conditioner on my hands. When I put my hand to my face I realized the burning smell was that of the new conditioner I started using several months ago!

Well that's bizarre! But aren't you relieved to know that nothing is wrong with Monty?

It is Humectress but don't not buy it because of me. I have really severe and weird allergies (and this time of year is horrible). I smell trees that no one else does. And all of these type of products have plant derivates in them.
