12" of snow in Victoria

My son informed me that the folks in Victoria are celebrating Christmas in a special way....with 12" of the white stuff on the ground. What a surprise! At least it won't last long. I bet the kids are lovin' it. Merry Christmas!

Thanks for clearing that up! Texas not BC!
When I hear "Victoria" it means Victoria "BC" to those of us that are into sailing. And to have that much snow there would make headlines!
It must really be something to have 12" of snow in Texas! Truely a Christmas gift!

That is the first time they had 12" of snow since 1918 if the news media is correct. Mighty unusual in this neck of the woods.

I heard Houston had snow over Christmas weekend too. A friend is sending Houston snow pics to ND, quite a chage from sending ND snow pics to Houston.

In McAllen, Tx. the white xmas we had here was the first ever for the valley. Only 2 inches and it was gone by 10 am.
