Looking forward to November

With all that I have heard and have been able to glean from other websites (wet/muddy/skeeters etc)..I am somewhat concerned about heading to the RGV....I realize its early and recovery is in process and weather will change...with all the rain that has fallen and more to come I wonder when it will stop raining and start to dry out?? we hope to get down there mid November and I really do not want to end up in another muddy sloppy area for too long...would it be reasonable to expect the drying process to be in full swing by November??

You will have to wait to find out. Some years it is dry and some it is wet. If it is dry it doesn't take long for anything to dry out. Including yourself. We will be down the around the 8th of Nov. Drop me a line and I will let you know.

We are leaving here on Sunday 02 Nov....its possible we will cross paths enroute.....havent decided on the route yet...I guess it depends on the status of the Galveston area in 6 weeks(going via the Natchez Trace)....if a change is done I will be going across to Terra Haute then I55/57 and south from there...I will leave the decision to the last minute when travelling thru Indianapolis..........Bill did you get my PM re the RV show tickets????
