Missing window screen?

I have a 2013 Mountaineer 295RKD. After a 2K trip I realized there is no window screen on the emergency escape window right next to the door.
If anyone has this same model can you tell me if you have a screen or not. I don't particularly like talking to the dealer if not necessary so I am asking you all.
Many thanks.

My 2006 Montana 3400RL did not have screens in either exit window, livingroom over the desk or bedroom window. I have replaced both of the original exit windows with different exit windows that include screens. The new windows have a sliding window, side to side. The original windows had the lever that pushed the window up and out.

I do not know whether your particular coach does or does not have screens for the exit window but if the window pushes out, my guess is it does not. I am sure someone will be along soon with knowledge about your model.

I don't have that model, but our bedroom window has the lever that pushes the window out, and it does have a screen. So if you have that type of window a screen may be available.

We have a 2013 3900FB which didn't have a window screen over the exit window either over the sofa. I called keystone gave them our vin# and they stated that some of the models don't have screens but because the windows are used in different model rigs they have the sticker all ready on them. Check with Keystone.

We have 2012 295 RKD and just re-looked. We DO have a screen over ours. I double checked it all the other day with all of the discussion going on in the "Locked-in" thread. We would have to slide the window, remove the screen, reach through and move our door handle out of the way if we were pranked at night to get out. So again yes, confirming our 2012 does have a screen. Cannot vouch for 2013's. Hope this helps.

Denfinger,
It helps a whole lot. Thank you. I too, have the sliding window and it didn't make sense to me that you couldn't use it for ventilation.
Will be contacting my selling dealer asap.
Again, thank you

After the replies I received I contacted the dealer. First I was told that because it is an emergency exit no screen was included. After me arguing and she double checking the lady that I was talking to said that I should have had a screen and she would order one for me and when it arrived would ship it to me (saving me around 80 miles driving).

Thanks to all for the replies. It gave me a little room for argument when told that this particular trailer didn't come with the screen.
