Electric Awning Not Opening

I have a 2014 Montana 3850FL. I tried to open the Dometic electric awning today and all I get is an audible click sound when I actuate the extend button. No motor grind or strain, just a click like a relay click in the awning itself. I didn't find any blown fuses or circuit breakers. The awning rolled up find a few days ago when I last had the rig out. Any ideas short of returning it for service to a dealer?
Thanks in advance

You might try getting on a ladder and helping it start to unroll as someone else presses the button ... worked for me ... once. Never had an issue after that.

It does the same thing on retract as extend, just a single click sound near the motor.

My awning motor and switch went out-took 2 1/2 months to get the parts from Dometic. My awning was out so had to remove a screw to roll it up.

Check power to the switch. If the switch is good, You can test the motor by running power from your vehicle or fiver battery direct to the motor. Your 2014 should have easy breakaway connections at the motor which allow for easy jump testing.

The awning is locked in the closed position. It won't budge. I can't seem to get at any wiring as it is covered by the closed arm leg.
