I got mine in meridian CW. Don’t get me started OMFG. The CW I took it to for the repairs was excellent.

Repairs

Your pictures do not surprise me at all. If it true that CW is in trouble I am surprised it took this long. My HC spent 6 months of a 1 year warranty at CW and only one issue of 6 ever got fixed. They will never see me again.

Ram2013, what were the 6 problems you had.
Unless one or more were major why would you no move it to a dealer that would do the job sooner. Or just do it yourself?

I had several warranty issues with my last rig a 2010 Mountaineer. Dealer said it would be 5 weeks I said I did not buy this rig to have it sit that long, picked it up and fixed the problems myself.

Yes a cost me several hunderal dollars but I was using my RV and not stressing about slow service.

OP's picture is unbelievable. At first I thought it was one of those internet jokes like where the guy installs the toilet with the door behind it so you can't close it. The service manager should be fired for even calling the customer telling them his rv is ready.

Cylinder Camper Sales in Cylinder, Iowa would be worth a trip. It would look like new when they do it.

A-1 Reno did a better job than the factory original panel!

After 7 weeks of waiting after the first snafu, we were able to pick up our fifth wheel today and the repair was done correctly this time. Headed to Panama City Beach on Sunday for a week of work and fun in the sun 😃

My dealer offers a service contract which is not cheap but the way it works is if I have an issue I can get repairs done by anyone (mobile repair service) and will be reimbursed by the warranty/service contract. I don't have it in front of me right now but I'm going to get it and review tomorrow because reading posts like this worry me a lot since we are full timers. It's not acceptable for us to stay in a motel for 6 months or even 6 weeks. In a catastrophic situation, where the rig was destroyed what would we do? Yes, insurance would kick in but holy crap you guys are scaring me.
