City water connection leak

Used the city water connection for the first time last week. Opened the basement next morning to pack-had 3/4" of water on floor. After completely emptying the basement and drying everything off, I pulled the convenience center backing and charged the connection. Water leaking from the fitting, but not at the pex crimp-must be a split fitting. My question; Does the "belly cover" have an insulation backing? The leak filled the cover and it was sagging. I dumped all I could before we left. Now, giving it further thought, I'm worried about mold. we are very happy overall with our Montana, but these issues that keep popping up are very troublesome-not to mention a bit embarasing that you have a brand new higher-end rv and here you are mopping up a water leak in a campcround.

Since it's new, call Keystone and then take it to a dealer and make them fix the leak and sanitize the belly pan.

Try 2 rubber washers instead of one ... it works to seal the black tank flush connection.
