Going to Branson

In June we will be going to Branson. Our trip will start from home (NE Illinois)heading west to Des Moines and south to KC. From there we will visit my Uncle in Warrensburg, Mo before heading to Branson.

Is 13 good to travel from Warrensburg to Clinton? South of Clinton it is 4 lanes but 2 lanes north.

Thanks

When we leave Branson we are going to reverse our route and go back the same way. Once we hit I80 in Des Moines I just might turn west toward Denver instead of east to home. Will you be around the end of June?

Read the email after I posted. Our son & family were suppose to come east from Colorado but that's changed so there is a good chance that we will be heading for Colorado after Branson. The timing may work out to participate in your rally. I emailed him and am waiting for his response. I'll let you know soon.

Hy 13 is just fine. That is the way we always go to Branson. We love Branson. We take I-29 to KC then south to 13 then turn and go all the way down to Springfield than on into to Branson HAVE FUN! Join us in Greenfield, NE in July.

Dick, Seems like it takes for ever going from Warrensburg to Clinton. I think it is about the longest 30 miles in the state. As you stated it is 2 lane and you can get behind some slow traffic/tractors. Not many places to pass but then it is only about 30 miles. It is still your quickest shot out of Warrensburg.

Thanks all. 13 it is. Still working on the Nebraska deal. Can't rush it. Especially with both of us retired. LOL

I agree, 13 is good. We towed that route between KC and Branson in both directions just about a year ago. Enjoy!
