2010 mountaineer missing double windows

On our bedroom slide we were experiencing a moisture problem, upon close inspection i noticed this was not a double window like the rest of the unit, talked to the dealer and they felt somebody had grabbed a singl paned windows by mistake at the factory.Factory informed the dealer this was a thermal window not a double. We feel we paid for doubles as stated in the brochure.Wondering if anybody has noticed or looked at their bedroom slide windows, there is definatly a moisture issue with the so called thermal window. Thanks for any feed back, other than that the unit is great cheers wayne
