WATER & ICE - COOLER REMINDER: 9/16/14

Donna & I have volunteered to keep the coolers with Water & Ice filled in both of the tents this year!

We will be bringing our large white one and need 2 more large coolers for the large tent and also 1 small one for the small tent. If anyone has one of the sizes needed and can bring it for us to use we would be grateful!

We took a black permanent marker and put our name, address and phone numbers inside the top of the lid so we know who's cooler is who's.

Please post if you are able to bring one and what size!

9/16/14 UPDATE:
WOW ONLY 8 DAYS TO THE 2014 MOC RALLY!!! THIS IS A REMINDER TO THOSE WHO HAVE DONATED THE USE OF THEIR COOLERS! PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THEM AND IF YOU CAN'T PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS! AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE USE!

8/9/2014 UPDATE: We have enough coolers now to meet the needs for the Fall Rally to keep iced water in the tents[s][/s][s][/s] this year. If any of you have to cancel for any reason please let us know so we can re-post the request. Again a big thank you in advance for helping out!

Dennis and Donna-- We'll throw our larger cooler in the back of the truck and bring it along! They used it last year too!

Jack we have enough coolers listed unless some one forgets to bring theirs. If you have room and can bring one just in case that would be fine! We appreciate it very much!
