I'm thinking water shouldn't be dripping from the heating duct

2017 305RL

I have water dripping from the aluminum heating duct in the pass thru storage. Service Dept. couldn't MAKE it leak. I turned the water on in the bath sink and shazam! water coming out of the duct.

I saw a single drop from the bath sink plumbing disaster going thru the floor. ONE drop. I plugged the drain and ran the water. No leak. Opened the drain and it was coming out of the duct.

So that seems to narrow it down to a bath sink drain issue, but I have no idea where it's leaking or how it's getting in the heating duct!

Anyone else with this issue?

Help is appreciated.

This sounds like a "P" trap or HepVo valve leak on the sink drain. You probably have to remove the back wall in the pass thru compartment to access the area.

Appreciate everyone's help. Tightened a couple ABS fittings under the bath sink and it seems to have stop leaking.

I'll keep you posted.

Thanks again for all your help.

Make sure you also check the black tank back flow valve mine was located under sink. Started leaking and water ran into front storage also.
