As another said, the week before would be better for us since we will travel south after the rally, but still interested.

After the Goshen rally would be better. Since Goshen is starting a week earlier than normal (I believe it is September 11th next year) having it the week before would push it just after Labor Day which isn't convenient for many.

If there are people coming from the west to Elkhart, and wanting to continue to the east after that rally, they will have to backtrack up to northern Michigan before continuing to the east once again. Inconvenience to others either way, I suppose.

If it is two days after the Goshen Rally and at the Tiki Campground we would not go. We will watch the dates and for the campground info.

We are interested in getting on the list to attend this rally in 2019. How do we get added? Never been in northern Michigan and would like to see it. Thanks.

I believe that the week before the Goshen rally, St. Ignace has an antique tractor show and bridge crossing, the week after is the Truck show and bridge crossing. They are both excellent events and worth seeing.

More info will be coming late in the year but at this point the dates are set and will be September 19-24, 2019.

We hope some RVers will make it up to the UP to the rally.

I've never been to northern Michigan, how is the weather typically in late September through end of October? I don't want to be up there in snow/ice/SALT.

You won’t see any snow, ice or salt in September. Last week temps were in the upper 60’s during the day, 40’s at night. Nice time of the year to be here, no bugs and alot less tourists than the summer months. Lots to do, Mackinaw island, Soo locks about 40 miles away to the north. Casino in St Ignace, Soo, Hessel and Mackinaw City. Retired Mackinaw Ice breaker was kept intact and can be gone through in Mackinaw City. Generally the snow starts around November around here.
