second awning

Last year while I was in Myrtle Beach I had a company come to my campsite to see about installing a second awning. I was told an awning could not be put on my slide because it was not made for that. I have a 2013 Big Sky can someone advise if that's true or not. Does anyone know if camping world would do the install if its possible.

I had CW of Greenwood Indiana install mine. I'm not saying that I would recommend them to do the work though. Tim
