Hi all. First time on. I have a 2019 3120rl. Love it. Every time I go to light the oven I have to leave the door open just a smug so the blower inside doesn't blow out the burner. Once its warm enough (usually around 100°)I can then slowly close the door. If I don't do this the burner blows out. Am I missing something?

We open the door slightly to look for the pilot light reflection. As soon as we (I do it sometimes) see the pilot is on steady - turn the oven to desired temperature ( say 350) and then look for the reflection of the burner to light up fully. Once we see the burner reflection we slowly close the door. It will blow out if the door closes too fast...does not happen very often.
