Chevy Pickup
Well folks this is Puzzie Pigen on this end and today it looks like I'm the proud owner of a 2004 Chevy 3500 diesel dually. I bought the LT model with a lot of the goodies in it but Muzzie is happy and that is the biggest part of the purchase. It has the Duramax, with the 5 speed allison and a 3:73 locking rear end. The list of extra's just keeps going but it was the only 2004 in California that was equiped with what we wanted. We will know for sure in about 2 days because of some paper work that I have to run as I work for the railroad and they have a discount program that I used but now we have to wait to get approval from that. That's about it for the day.

Waiting is the hardest part, however, when it's over what fun. You have a great truck. Now you need a wonderful Montana model to pull to complete the deal. Happy rving....

Well I have the new truck and I want to tell you it is one fine unit. We drove up to Klamath Falls, Oregon and when I got home we had averaged 18.2 according to the onboard computor. It rides real good and handles just as good and Muzzie got real comfortable with the seat reclined back and the heater on. I ask her if she needed a blanket so she could go to bed. She found out how to operate the heated seats real fast. It is now fondly known in the house as the "The Big Silver "D". It is Silver Birch Metallic. Now I have a few changes to make on it to get it set up the way I want it when we get to start the travels.
