Love seat

Has any one found or looked for a love seat, wall hugging double recliner that will fit under the back window of the 2980RL and not have to be moved when bringing in the slide? It continues to be a big pain in the &%#*@ to try and move those big heavy reclines that Keystone uses. We want to put in a small love seat and then add two small tables at each end.

Thanks for any help.

We have a new maroon/wine red leather loveseat, double recliners, that we absolutely love. It replaced our sofa which was so uncomfortable. I think the brand is BEST. They make a lot of chair/sofas. I'm not sure you could get two tables and the loveseat scross the back of the rv but it is smaller than our previous sofa. The back comes off so it is easy to get it in the rv. Good luck.

Thanks for the info Judy. Can you measure from the front of the recliner to the wall and get back to me with the dimension. We have only about 35 or 36 inches to clear from the back window to the sliders when they come in. Would love to see a picture.

thanks for your help.

Dick and Jackie: We are actively trying to find a loveseat sofa bed that will go at the rear of the coach. We need the bed because we are a threesome. Our son is with us and uses the sofa bed. Laz-boy has one that is 53" long and 35" deep so it will fit the space. We have to measure the door though and make sure it will go in the coach. I would suggest you go to a store with the measurements of the door as it will determine what you can buy to get it in.

Not sure bout the loveseat arrangement, but some recliner type chairs have a back that comes off, ask about the love seat.

Dick and Jackie, our loveseat measures about 35-36 inches front to back and appx 66 inches wide but it is overstuffed so it takes up the max amount of room. By that I mean, you can probably find loveseats with smaller dimensions. It sits about 3 inches from the wall and on our main slide (LR/DR) we don't even need to pull it out.

I think Bill and Ann are looking for a hideabed loveseat and I don't think the backs will come off of that style. It's common for the recliner backs to come off though, which makes it easy to bet into the trailer.

Judy, your point well taken,

the OEM sofa bed the back does come off, but, I wonder if that was ordered that way by Keystone for ease in manufacturing process.

hmmmmmm ????

well, ya can always ask, even with the sofa bed!

And, now, I will go have more coffee HAHA.

Carol, apparently each OEM sofa is different, too, as ours did not come apart. It was a tight squeeze getting it out of the Montana but we did it.

Pass the coffee, please!

Judy, will go make another pot, it is good strong German coffee, yum, from Aldi's. Cheap and YUMMY!! Long day yesterday, cause I need more! HA HA

That is very interesting about your sofa. I will tell you this, one of the guys at the service center showed us, and let me tell you, you really have to rip the back off, it does't just pop off easy like! Al and I had to really manhandle it and tug and pull and grunt and groan. But, it did come off. I think we had to grab right behind the arms. (not real clear on that any more)

Coffee is brewing!

We had our sofa out and back in. We bought a recliner loveseat and didn't like it, took it back same day we bought it. We are still looking for something to replace the sofa. (The back comes off our sofa). Makes it a lot easier to get in there. The love seat we had for half a day the backs came off too. We are looking for a sofa with recliners built in. Something that is light weight. The sofa that is in Monty (that came with it) is really not that heavy.
