One of the very best Birch Beers is made by the Kutztown Bottling Worksin Kutztown PA.
They also make the absolute best Sarsaparilla and their Root beer ain't bad either.
If you ever get into the Berks or Lehigh counties of southeast Penna you gotta try some. It is also available at the Amish Store in Largo Florida.

Thanks Glenn,
You mean that some people don't eat cold pizza for breakfast? I often buy extra so I can save some for the next day. And cold day old Italian Hoagies are the best!
Birch beer is OK but you haven't lived until you have had spruce beer!

Right on Glen and Lorraine. You brought back a lot of memories for days gone by. This will be sent to friends and family back home. Pennsylvania is a great place to be from, but I still like to spend time there visiting family. Thanks again.

You forgot YingLing (SP) beer. I laughed when I first saw it. Wasn't laughing after I drank some. Milwaukee is my home and I think I will stick with local product.

Yuengling of Pottsville is America's Oldest Brewery.
An addendum for PennDOT.
Today while traveling on Interstate 90 just outside of Erie, Pa and at the 5 o'clock rush hour here is a PennDot truck with the right lane closed while another PennDot truck was spraying the weeds. The traffic was backed up for a mile.
Lorraine and I spent our first 50 years in PA and we both have family in the state but I have to agree with paulrem.."Pennsylvania is a great place to be from".
