Great Support From the Service Center

Thanks to the Fall Rally Technician survey, Keystone was able to identify a slide side De-lamination issue and corrected it. The issue was in the area of my refrigerator on the kitchen slide. Water got in from the top vent and cause the siding to De-laminate. I was unable to do a dealer repair since I am full time so Keystone worked me into the service center. Darrell as usual was meticulous and the work was beyond expected. They were also able to install my missing graphics. I look almost new except for the dirt on the rest of the unit.

I really think the 15 min tech survey at the Fall Rally is a great improvement for all attendees.

I thought the 15 minute tech thing was really the highlight of the Rally and have yet to find someone who was disappointed with it. Definitely hope it's a part of future rallies.
